    About Us

    LesDiy founded in 2014, is a team full of vitality and creativity.

    Since founded, LesDiy were aiming to find creative and educational toys.

    Our company is located in Shenzhen, the city which has the proudly name for its toy industry in China. We are seeking for interesting toys with high quality here, share them in different cities and countries, and finally receive welcome.

    It's on 2018, we found the endless possibilities of building bricks, but also suprised at the high price. Whim, we start to look for alternatives with fair price. Meanwhile, we are looking for the top MOC designers at home and abroad, cooperate with them, and share the sales.

    We look forward to realizing all kinds of great ideas at a fair price!

    It finally turns out that this is a worthwhile attempt, our products are well received! That cheer us to find more interesting DIY toys in the future :-)

    A1 : For payment, we accept Paypal and Credit Card.

    Q2 : My payment was declined, why? How to solve it ?
    A2 : If you made the purchase via Credit Card and failed, could you please contact with Stripe Support Team for solution? Or if the issue cannot be solved, please no worry, we accept Paypal payment as well.

    A3 : For the order, if not shipped out yet, please contact with our Service Support Team , we will cancel your order and give you full refund.

    Q4 : Is my information is securing using this site?
    A4 : Yes, Lesdiy takes precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Please don’t worry for this.

    Q5 : What if my address is wrong?
    A5 : If the recipient's address was wrong, after the failed delivery, the parcel should be returned back to sender. After we receive the parcel, we will contact you for an updated address and arrange re-delivery for your package.

    Questions about Return & Refunds

    Q1 : What items are returnable?
    A1 : a)- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period. b)- All returned items must be in the original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn. No exceptions.

    Q2 : How do I return a product?
    A2: Contact with Lesdiy Service Team to confirm details to make sure the item is meet the return condition. After the agreement, Service Team will send the detailed return information, please offer return tracking number after return shipment .

    Q3 : What is you refund policy?
    A3 : Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days, after you received our confirmation on the cancellation.

    Q4 : How will you refund me?
    A4 : The refund are applied to the original payment method.

    Missing Part Service

    Lesdiy Provides Free Parts for Parts Missing or Parts Defective Case.

    How to Get The Parts I Need?

    Case A. Some few parts can't be found

    1) Circle the missing or defective parts on the manual and mark the amount you need.

    2) Take photos or Printscreen.

    3) Send them to

    Case B. Whole small bags are missing

    1) Gather all the bags in the package.

    2) Take photos of all the bags and photos of the label with bar code on the box.

    3) Send them to

    Case C. Motors or battery cases don't work

    1) Take a video to explain your problem.

    2) Send the video to and describe the problem.

    3) We will give you the best solution.


    1. The free part service last only 6 months since ordered.

    2. Any cheat behavior for free parts will not be allowed.

    3. For the motors or battery cases needs over 6 months limit, you can still contact us, we will provide them with fair price.

    Shipping and Delivery

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

    The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

    Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

    Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

    The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

    Processing time:

    The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

    The processing time of the 'Brand' Building Set, LED Kits and Display Box is about 2-5 business days.
    The MOC Set takes more time, please refer to the 'Shipped Within' Time in the form of Product Description.

    The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

    We can ship to most of area of the world. If we meet troubles of delivery, we will contact in 1-2 business days after you ordering.

    We always do our best to select the most convenient courier for your preferred shipping method among the high number of options available.

    You may have to pay higher shipping fees for selecting an express shipping method. Moreover, orders shipped with an express mail service usually have a higher probability of being stopped by Customs officers and of incurring in higher import duties. You will be able to contact with us

    Returns & Refunds Policies


    1. No worries about your money. We would be responsible for all of our customers.

    2. All of our items are tested well before shipping. If the items get damaged during shipping, or do not work properly out of the box, please contact us so that we can help you with the issues.

    3. For a technical issue of an item, we would try our best to help you fix it, and we would resend a new replacement for free or issue a full refund if that issues can not be fixed.


    We offer returns for all shipped items within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies. All items sold on follow our general return policies.

    At we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 7 days without giving any reasons. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

    You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.

    As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products from our sites to us within 14 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition.

    Before the vendor issues a refund, consider the following:

    1) We would provide a quick solution for you. In some cases, after we authorize a return request, we may wait until we receive the item back from the buyer before we issue a refund.

    2) If the buyer returns the item to the vendor damaged, or in a condition that is different from the condition in which the vendor sent it, the vendor has the option to issue a partial refund. If the vendor decides to issue a partial refund, the vendor would explain this to the buyer in advance to help avoid misunderstanding.

    3) If the vendor described and listed the item accurately, but the buyer simply no longer wants it, the vendor has the option not to refund the shipping costs.

    4) For damaged & defective items upon your receipt, there is no need to return them, and you can still get a refund on your purchase.


    I would like to cancel an order. What should I do?

    1) An order can only be canceled if the shipment has not yet been confirmed. If the buyer still wants the item, they can place a new order.

    2) For all shipped orders, it is unavailable for sellers to cancel the shipments as they are in transit and out of our warehouse, in this case, you can send them back upon you receive your orders.

    How long does it take for a refund to be applied?

    The refund is applied to the buyer's credit card within minutes after we successfully complete a refund transaction. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on the buyer's credit card statement, depending on how long it takes the buyer's bank to process the transaction.
